Recruitment Consultant

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team here at Network Career Consultants. 

With over 40 years’ experience, Network are one of the longest established creative recruitment agencies specialising in design, production and client services within; interiors, architecture, digital, branding and communication agencies.

This role requires a highly motivated and detail orientated individual who is committed to delivering a high level of service to clients and candidates. 

What will you be doing?

• Using business development to build relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
• Proactive sales and negotiation.
• Managing a dual desk of both permanent and freelance.
• Meeting with clients and candidates.
• Achieving and exceeding targets.

What do we need from you?

• Track record of achieving or over achieving goals.
• Previous recruitment experience, preferably you will have already worked within the design/creative sectors ideally with interiors, events & exhibitions.
• Strong interest in growing within an organisation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
