Adults Social Worker - Home First Team
£38.43 p/h
South Wales
37 hours p/w, full time office/hospital based

Our client is looking to appoint a full time social worker in their Home First Team on a temporary basis of 3 months initially. This role will be mainly based in local hospitals and community work

To be considered for this post you must be registered with Social Care Wales, at least 3 years post qualifying experience as a social worker and have not left a Local Authority permanent contract within Wales in the last 6 months.

What you need:

A degree in Social Work or equivalent
Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England
Completed relevant post-qualifying training
Experience working within a hospital team
Car Driver
Enhanced DBS check
Excellent communication and written skills
