Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute our human resources strategy in Poland for leading Global Heavy Equipment Manufacturer Liugong.

This role involves overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance with Polish labour laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring that HR initiatives support our company's objectives and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to support current and future business needs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Performance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including adherence to Polish labour laws and regulations.
  • Training & Development: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • HR Metrics: Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Culture & Engagement: Nurture a positive working environment and drive initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in HR roles & a history of managerial experience within a multinational or large organization.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Polish labour law and HR best practices.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Languages: Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Certifications: HR-related certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.


What We Offer
  • Competitive gross salary: PLN 240,000 – PLN 300,000, depending on experience
