Job Description

Vox Consultants are recruiting a Catering Assistant for a Global Facilities Management Company.

This is part time, however overtime may be available.

You will be required to work :
- Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
3am-7pm, 10am-7pm, 8am to 3pm

Your Role:

Support the preparation of patient meals, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained and instructions are followed precisely
Rotate food stock and accurately log any wastage
Maintain cleanliness and organization across all food service areas
Clean kitchen equipment, crockery, utensils, and structural areas such as the pantry and restaurant spaces
Assist with stock checks, receive deliveries, and store items appropriately
Distribute catering supplies to wards, departments, and fulfill on-demand orders
Complete required documentation, including temperature logs and cleaning schedules
Work closely with the manager and supervisor to meet service level agreements and comply with health and safety standards
Report any faulty equipment or near-miss incidents promptly
Carry out additional tasks as needed to support the team
